Message: 5 STARS! Everything this clinic did from start to finish has been amazing. My chihuahua had a tough surgery and they made it as pleasant as possible for he and I. I believe we were both treated with kindness and respect.

Message: My dog has been going for the last 2 years, they are prompt with emergencies, love your pet and genuinely care. Take the time to explain any procedure or shot they may need and the prices are affordable. I have never felt like they have tried to sell me something I don’t need and I can tell they genuinely love animals. If I wasn’t moving cities I would stay with them forever. All vets my dog has seen have been kind and take their time. All the techs have been so friendly and helpful.

Message: I have two pit bulls, who ruin the reputation (stigmatize) the breed has been saddled with. The staff LOVES them and my dogs LOVE them right back. This is Tyson, 92lbs, scary looking as all get out and yet the vets and techs all love on him and he loves on them too. Will recommend this place to anyone with large dogs (as long as they’re as loving as mine).

Message: My dog is a senior and has been a patient here since 2019. I started at the S Main St location, but switched to this location and have been going here since. My dog isn’t very easy to deal with and Dr. Fletcher is so patient and amazing with him. She is by far the best vet my dog has ever had! We always have a great experience every time he needs a check-up. Today, Jon and Kaitie were very welcoming and have a great sense of humor. They definitely know how to handle anything. If you are looking for a vet or thinking of switching your vet - don’t think twice - just go here!

Message: One of my cats has a history of fic and some urinary issues. On Friday, he didn't want to eat and was clearly in pain so I called the 39th location (after a referral from a friend). They made sure they got him an appointment for the next day, which ended up probably being life saving because this time he had a blockage. Everyone was super nice, and made sure to set realistic expectations with me. They got him unblocked and sent him home with me to monitor him. By Sunday morning he was eating again and acting like himself. And the appointment and treatment was significantly cheaper than the previous vet I took him to that didn't even do any procedures. Will definitely be going back with all of my cats who are due for vaccines and wellness visits. This weekend was scary and stressful, but I'm just really glad Timber is back to acting like himself.

Message: We love Newberry Animal Hospital on 39th St. The staff is so friendly and professional. We recently saw Dr. Fletcher and Kaitlyn and they were so good with our “old man” ❤️ I highly recommend them if you’re looking for the best care for your fur baby!

Message: We had a wonderful experience with the 39th avenue facility for new puppy care with the puppy package and just completed all of the puppy vaccinations and visits. Dr. Phillips is so pleasant, knowledgeable, is very kind and has a phenomenal report with nervous puppy and parents. Jon and Mary were great and so caring and helpful in answering any questions and concerns. Jon demonstrated excellent care and ability to respond and answer questions readily. He even put the rabies tag on our puppy’s collar. Thank you Newberry Animal Hospital for the excellent care.

Message: Brought our little Peanut by for a check up and couldn’t be happier with the care we received. Dr Shaw took the time to make sure she was comfortable and explained all of our options, and Jon was super sweet to both our pups. Of all the Johns they currently employ, he is most definitely our favorite. We will be back in a couple weeks and look forward to it.
